Q: I can't connect to anyone on the network
A: For this you need to speak to one of us, either in the irc channel or via ICQ. Have a look at the contacts for more details on where to chat to someone.

Q: I seem to only connect to 1 or 2 users
A: Thats right, when you connect to the network you connect to a Hub, this hub has many users connected to it. When you do a search, give it sometime as the hub also does the search on behalf of you.

Q: How to I become a hub then?
A: You don't shareaza decides if you are a hub or not. Shareaza will sort out the network and you will be one of three things, a Leaf (regular user), a Node (leaves connect to hubs), or an Ultrapeer.

Q: How do I browse other users files
A: Right click on one of the ip address, or someone who comes up in a search which you have done and click browse.

Q: How do I Chat to another user
A: Same as browsing user files but click chat instead of browse
